Edina, MN – Pivot Strategies is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Johnson as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO), effective immediately. Johnson, who joined the company in May, has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and team stability.
With over two decades of experience in leadership roles at Medtronic, including positions as SAP organization lead and Line of Business CIO for the Clinical function, Johnson brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His background in large-scale system implementations and strategic operational management aligns perfectly with Pivot Strategies’ commitment to innovation and growth.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business Communications, Johnson is known for his ability to build and optimize teams, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results across people, processes, and technology.
In his new role, Johnson will oversee key operational aspects of the company, with several team leaders reporting directly to him.
