Stacia Nelson is the Founder of Pivot Strategies. Stacia brings over 15 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications with Fortune 100 brands. She earned her Prosci change management certification and specializes in creating unique and tailored communications strategies to deliver messages to a variety of stakeholders. Prior to founding Pivot Strategies in 2015, Stacia led the Crisis and Corporate Communications Team for Target Corporation where she was responsible for the company’s preparedness and response to reputation and crisis situations and corporate brand partnerships.

Impact drives Becca. She is passionate about KPIs and process, but is also an incredible communicator and storyteller. Becca’s ability to create compelling campaigns and tell a sticky story help make Pivot’s work so effective. Grant has 18 years of agency and consulting experience, in which we consulted and lead traditional and digital projects for small to Fortune 100 enterprises. He brings operational excellence and experience growing agencies responsibly, while focusing on leadership & talent expertise. He has lead projects & advised executives within Ecolab, Medtronic, Stryker, Delta Dental, and other fortune 500 organizations.

VP of Client Satisfaction & Talent

Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience to the Pivot team, where she leads our efforts to bring in the best talent to give our clients the best service. Stephanie has both corporate and agency experience and a diverse background in all areas of communications strategy. But what she’s most passionate about is employee engagement. She led internal communications for Medtronic where she launched their global intranet on Office 365 for more than 90,000 employees.

Originally from Wisconsin, this Milwaukee native came to Minnesota to study graphic design at the University of Minnesota. Wil specializes in branding, providing complete identity needs including logo and web design, marketing materials, social media development and brand voice. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Wil regularly develops internal wellness campaigns to assist employees with effective mental health techniques.
