Pivot approach

Pivot Strategies mapped the ‘What’s In It For Me’ for plant employees, plant managers, and leadership, creating and executing a strategy to increase speed of adoption. This took the form of drafting recurring posts and evergreen content (e.g., important cyclical reminders, employee recognition) and creation of a replicable process with streamlined templates. Pivot Strategies also oversaw change management and product adoption strategies and coached HR leaders within the plants to create posts as Content Champions.
