Pivot brought together change activities, communications and training into one overall strategy providing a streamlined flow of activities. The global communications plan provided impacted employees and stakeholders with cohesive, holistic communications that created a positive and well-informed employee experience, while ultimately protecting the business and minimizing disruption for employees. Pivot redid the change management approach to better fit the changes in audience size and location and built a new training strategy and plan to ensure alignment and partnership across all impacted teams.
